Each year, we accept bookings by email starting January 1st and by phone during the months May thru October. As soon as you are sure about your arrival and departure dates, you can get in touch with us!
It goes without saying that we will note customer’s wishes concerning the pitch and that we will consider the size of the tent or vehicle you will arrive with. Due to organizational reasons however we cannot guarantee that you will get a particular pitch.
Yes, when a pitch is reserved we request an advance payment of up to 50.00 € per pitch. As soon as we have agreed on the reservation we will let you know our bank data and you will then need to make the deposit within seven days.
When sending the advance payment please enter the following as purpose of the remittance:
- The booking code that we will have named
- Your arrival and departure dates
Since remittances from foreign to Greek banks may take up to three days to arrive it is advised that you send us proof of remittance by email.
Important: Should the advance payment (or proof of remittance) not have arrived until the agreed date we will assume that you have changed your mind about the reservation and automatically cancel your booking.
Yes, as soon as we have received your receipt and the amount has arrived in our bank account we will send you a booking confirmation by email.
If you cancel at least twenty days before your programmed arrival date, the full amount minus the transfer expenses will be returned to you.
If you cancel between 20 and 10 days before your planned arrival date, half of the amount will be refunded.
Should you cancel less than 10 days before your planned arrival date, no money will be refunded.

For each reservation of a room we require an advance payment equal to 20% of the total amount due while the minimum amount of the advance payment will have to cover the cost of the first night of your stay.

In case of departure before the agreed departure date, the customer will have to pay half of the amount due for the nights that he is not using the room.
